You can create user names and passwords for as many volunteers as you'd like.  You can set up permissions for each user, defining what pages in your site they can edit or alter and what pages they cannot.  Responsibility can then safely be shared rather than one person having to create and update the entire site.  Administrative page functions will also allow you to set up the profiles for email user accounts.

Also included at no additional charge is your WebMedley Visitor Reporting System.  It's here you can find out how many people visited your Web site, when they visited and what pages they looked at.  It's a good way of telling just how effective your Web site is and how many are participating in the valuable online programs and content you're offering.
