Making your newsletter available on your Web site you can accomplish many things. First, depending on how many newsletters you publish, you can save your church a considerable amount of money on postage and printing costs. Second, if you are prompt about placing the newsletter on your site, those who get it electronically will have access to it and can print their own hard copy while those who want it mailed are still waiting for their copy to arrive. Third, if a member loses his or her newsletter, or a visitor who isn't on your mailing list wants to see your newsletter, they only have to visit your site to get a copy. It is a wonderful solution for everyone.
Accomplishing this is a simple task. Visitors to your site can sign up to be emailed automatically with our newsletter publishing module, or (for you do-it-yourselfers out there) you can manually create a newsletter page on your WebMedley site.

(And it won't cost you $6 million dollars.)
In the next couple of months, WebMedley will be migrating to new servers. What this means is that WebMedley will be faster and capable of much more! For most, this migration will go unnoticed and will only be visible through the new speed of the WebMedley management system. However, there may be a short "site freeze" for some websites which will occur because of the propagation of the domain name servers. During this time - you will not be able to add to or publish your account - although your current site will still be avalible for viewing as it always has. Since all websites will be located on new servers, a virtual "change of address" form must be sent out. This process typically takes no more than 24-48 hours and it is during this time that your site will be 'frozen'.
