A Gallery of Efficiency

It is always a good idea to make your pictures web friendly before uploading them into WebMedley.  However, if you want to have a page dedicated to just pictures, no matter how web friendly the pictures are, it will still take a while to load.  The answer, make a page with small thumbnail previews of your pictures.  Each preview will be a link to a page containing a larger version of that same picture.  This will break up the amount of large pictures and maximize the efficiency of your website.

Find out how to maximize efficiency by creating a gallery.

Q.) I click on "edit this page" and a new window opens but nothing else happens...it just sits there.

A.) What has most likely happened is you were removed from the group that you were in.  This is the same effect you would see if you weren't given permission to edit that page.  If you were accidentally removed from your group,or if you have just been created as a new user and haven't been put in a group yet, contact your admnistrator and they can enter you into a group.  Once you are a member of a group, you will inherit all the permissions given to that group.
