Question of the Week - Page Counters

Q.) How can I put a counter on my website?

A.)   Counters are not very accurate and take away from the professional look of your site.  We recommend against using them.  Instead, we have a statistics site that accurately tracks hits and page views to your site.  It is a separate web site that you can log into and gain a wealth of information regarding your web site.  Go to http://stats.webmedley.net and in the "Site ID" field enter the name of your web site complete with 'www' (ex: 'www.mysite.org') to access site statistics.  Don't worry about putting anything in the User Name or Password fields.  Leave them blank.

(Be aware that statistics are generated on a monthly basis, so if your site has not yet been running for a month or more, you will be unable to access any stats.)
