2)  Can I see some other sites to get an idea of what other churches do?

3)  Is there any online information that might help me if I forget something? 

In the Webmedley Management Console, additional information can be found by clicking on the "Help" link in the top right corner of the screen.  We have an online User Manual (http://www.webmedley.net/manual.html), an online flash Demonstration (http://www.webmedley.net/demonstration.html), as well as an email address to contact Customer Support if you need further help (support@webmedley.net).

4) Is there any sort of demo I can use to show other volunteers that will work on the site? 

Our online demonstration can be found by clicking the "Demonstration" link on the main Webmedley site, or directly through http://www.webmedley.net/demonstration.html.  We also have the demonstration on a CD-ROM available.
