1) How can I find out how many people have viewed our website?
We have a statistics site developed for that purpose. Go to http://stats.webmedley.net and use your Website domain name (www.something.org) in the 'Server ID' field to log in and check the number of hits, page views, and other statistical information on site usage. (When logging in, ignore the 'User Name' and 'Password' fields. Leave them empty.)

Site statistics can be found at http://stats.webmedley.net. Use your web site domain name in the 'Server ID' field to log in (ex: www.domainname.org). When logging in, ignore the 'User Name' and 'Password' fields. Leave them empty. Statistics are updated on a monthly basis.

3) I follow the instructions and put my domain name in the 'Server ID' field, but I still can't log in. What's wrong?
One of two or three things could be happening:
- Be sure you aren't filling in the other two fields on the page (User Name and Password). These should be left empty.
- make sure you are typing in your domain name with the 'www' in front of it. So 'www.domain.org' would work, but just 'domain.org' will not.
- If you still can't log in, contact us at support@webmedley.com.

4) Should I put a counter on my site?
Counters are not very accurate and take away from the professional look of your site. We have a statistics site that accurately tracks hits and page views to your site. It is a separate web site that you can log into and gain a wealth of information regarding your web site. Go to http://stats.webmedley.net and enter your main admin user ID to access site statistics.
