Can I have the toolbar info so I can work on the site from home? I can't edit the page/My toolbar won't install.
I can't find my toolbar.  Where is it? Does it cost anything to have extra copies of the toolbar?

1) Can I have the toolbar info so I can work on the site from home?

The site is http://support.webmedley1.com/editor (for the version 2.0 toolbar).  The password to download is editor.  If you need version 1.0 toolbar information (Windows 95 users only), contact support@webmedley.net.

2) I can't find my toolbar.  Where is it?

If you have downloaded it correctly, go to Internet Explorer and select View -> Toolbars.  They should appear as Authorworks Main and Authorworks Format on the menu.  Click on each to place a checkmark next to the toolbar and they should appear in your toolbar space. They look like Microsoft Word editing buttons.  If they do not appear on the menu, you have not correctly downloaded the toolbars.

3) I can't edit the page/My toolbar won't install.

Most likely, your version of Internet Explorer is not current.  You must have Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher to edit any pages.  (In IE, go to Help -> About Internet Explorer to check your version.  Upgrade at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads.) If your toolbar is still not installing correctly, make sure that your toolbar version is compatible with your version of Windows.  Toolbar v. 1.0 is for Windows 95 users.  Toolbar v. 2.0 is for Windows 98 and newer systems.

4) Does it cost anything to have extra copies of the toolbar?

No.  You can load the Editor toolbar onto as many computers as you'd like.
